Scotts® Turf Builder® Southern Lawn Food is a specially formulated fertilizer for Southern lawns, designed to promote lush, green grass. It contains Scotts® All-in-One Particles® that help build strong, deep grass roots, providing protection against heat and drought. This product is safe to use on Southern grass and can be applied to a wet or dry lawn during the growing season. For best results, we recommend using a Scotts® spreader for application. When using Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreaders, set the application at 3 ½, while for drop spreaders, use a setting of 6. If quick results are desired, lightly water the product after application, although watering is not necessary. Any unused product should be returned to the original container, and any spills on the driveway, sidewalk, or street should be swept back onto the lawn. It's important not to apply this product to warm-season grass types within 1 month of the expected first frost.
