With its 2-in-1 formula, Scotts® Turf Builder® Summer Lawn Food not only provides essential nutrients to build strong, deep roots but also greens the grass with up to 50% less water compared to unfed turf maintained using university guidelines for weekly volume water replacement for established turf. The greening effects of this product can last up to 6 weeks, though the results may vary depending on temperature and turf type.

Versatile in its application, Scotts® Turf Builder® Summer Lawn Food can be used on any grass type. It is recommended to apply the product to a dry lawn during the summertime or in drought conditions. For optimal coverage, use a Scotts® spreader, adjusting the settings accordingly: for Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreaders, use a setting of 4; for Scotts® drop spreaders, use a setting of 9 ½; and for Scotts® Wizz®, use a setting of 4 ¼. After application, be sure to water the lawn to activate the fertilizer.
