To achieve the best results, this grass seed mix should be applied during the spring or fall seasons when the average soil temperature is consistently between 55°F and 70°F, or the air temperature is between 60°F and 80°F. For optimal coverage, Scotts recommends using one of their branded spreaders and following the settings provided on the product label.
